Together since 2005.
Outside In are a powerhouse 3-piece delivering the definitive soundtrack of the 90s and 00s.
Our set is built on the era that shaped a generation: Britpop swagger, festival-headliner anthems and the guitar-driven hits of the 2000s indie explosion. Songs people know every word to, played loud, tight and with real feeling.
We don't just replay the records. We put our own stamp on every song while keeping everything that made the originals great, so the night feels nostalgic and fresh at the same time.
Wedding, private party, corporate do or a packed venue, we know how to read a room and build a night. If your idea of perfect is arms round shoulders, shouting the chorus back at the band, you're in the right place.

How long do you play for?
Two live sets of 45 to 60 minutes each. We'll time them around your speeches, food and cake cutting, so just tell us your plans and we'll fit around them.
Where do you play?
We're based around Peterborough and play regularly across Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Norfolk, Essex and the wider East of England. We travel all over the UK too, and we've performed across Europe. Tell us where your event is when you request a quote.
Can we choose the songs?
We've got a core set we love to play, built from the anthems in our repertoire. Send us any songs you definitely want, or definitely don't, and we'll do our best to make it happen. You can mark them in the repertoire section and they'll be added to your quote request.
Will you learn our first dance?
We'll always do our best. If your first dance isn't already in our repertoire, we'll aim to learn it for you, as long as it's within our style and ability as a 3-piece. We can't promise every song, but if it's not one we can do justice live, we'll let you know as soon as possible and play it through the PA as part of our DJ service instead. Either way, you'll get your moment.
Can you play the drinks reception?
Yes. We offer a chilled, stripped-back set while your guests mingle after the ceremony. It's an optional extra, so mention it when you request a quote.
What happens when the band finishes?
The music never stops. We play a playlist between and after our sets as standard, and you're welcome to give us your own. Want the party to keep going? Add our DJ set and we'll run right up to carriages.
Do you bring your own PA and lighting?
We do. Our own professional sound system and stage lighting, set up and soundchecked before your guests come through.
How much space and power do you need?
Not much. We're a compact 3-piece with a big sound and a small footprint. We'll confirm the exact space and power we need with you and your venue when you book.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance and all our kit is PAT tested. We can send certificates to your venue on request.
