Terms of Service

Description of the Show – The Standard Package includes two sets of 45-60 minutes each, plus encores, with a playlist DJ Service included from 7:00pm until 11pm or Pack Down (whichever is sooner).

Payment – The total amount for the show is quoted upon enquiry. A deposit £100 is due upon signing of any agreement. The remaining balance is due no later than 28 days prior to the event. Payments are accepted via Bank Transfer or PayPal (provided on request)

Cancellation Policy – The Band reserves the right to cancel the show if full payment is not received up to 7 days prior to the event. The Client may cancel the show with up to 60 days notice. If the show is cancelled less than 30 days from the event, the full fee is due. All deposits are non-refundable.

Force Majeure – In the event that the show cannot reasonably be performed due to unpredictable occurrences such as acts of nature, government intervention, or illness/disability of the Band, the deposit is non-refundable. The parties may negotiate a substitute show on the same terms as this Agreement (except for the show time), with no additional deposit required. No further damages may be sought due to failure to perform because of force majeure.

Food & Drink – The Client shall provide food and drink for the Band during the event.

Parking – The Client shall provide parking for three vehicles within a reasonable distance from the stage area, with safe access for equipment loading.

Sound Check – A sound check is required prior to the performance at a mutually agreeable time. If the venue employs a sound limiter, this must be communicated before the performance, along with the set decibel level. The Band reserves the right to refuse to perform with a sound limiter in place.

Staging – The Client shall provide a stage area of at least 4m x 3m, with safe and sufficient access. The stage must be protected from weather and equipped with at least 4x 13Amp UK power sockets.

Disclaimer – The Band reserves the right to refuse to perform if any of the above conditions are not met. Failure to inform the Band ahead of time may result in the full fee still being due, and the performance may not take place. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings. Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
